Local development framework core strategies
As part of the new planning system, local planning authorities are
required to produce Local Development Frameworks (LDFs) to replace the
existing Local Plans. More details about the new system are on
the Department for Communities and Local Government website.
In the CPRE Buckinghamshire area, the local planning authoriities are Milton Keynes Council, Aylesbury Vale District Council, Chiltern District Council, Wycombe District Council and South Bucks District Council.
CPRE Buckinghamshire district groups have been scrutinising the local
authorities' proposals for their core strategies, a central element of
