Hoppers Farm Appeal

Earlier this year , Wycombe  District Council  refused permission for
36 two storey dwelling houses to be built on Hoppers Farm (The site currently owned by British United Turkeys Ltd. which is located in Great Kingshill in the parish of Hughenden.
The developers have appealed against the refusal and there will be a Public Inquiry scheduled for 27/28th Jan 2009  in the Chambers  of Wycombe District Council.
CPRE Bucks are supporting  W D C's decision to refuse planning permission  for this development and welcomes local support from its members  to attend the Appeal.
This site is not only green belt  but is situated  in Chilterns Area of Outstanding  Natural Beauty (AONB) and to allow development would undermine the whole  AONB policy.
