CPRE Buckinghamshire Branch Articles of Association – Revised 2021

Special Resolution to allow virtual meetings. The voting took place on 18th May, in total 23 votes were received with 20 in favour and 3 against, so the resolution was passed. We will proceed to file the resolution and the revised Articles with both Companies House and Charity Commission. The revised Articles are already on the website to allow members to be aware of the changes.
